自然のままの杉、徳島県産「木頭朱杉（きとうあかすぎ）」を使った五角形の箸「五稜箸（ごりょうばし）です。

杉は木自体に油分が多く、耐水、抗菌性にすぐれています。
この点を活かし、”無塗装”で仕上げました。薬品を一切使っていないので安心。また杉独特の香りもお楽しみいただけます。

＜環境にやさしい＞
人工林として成熟期を迎えた杉林の手入れが、全国的な課題になっています。
このお箸はその杉林の間伐材を活用し、良質な部分だけを選び製造加工しています。
箸を使うという小さなことが、自然環境を整えることにつながるのです。
